How I got Started
Hi, I’m Stephanie "Annie" Jones and I've always loved animals! I started pet sitting a few years ago because I missed having a fur-friend after Juneau, my own beloved dog, passed away. Pet sitting was so much fun that I made it my career and am now a full-time & fully insured housesitter and petcare provider. I have also passed the background checks on both the Rover and Wag! petcare platforms.
My Philosophy
I believe that pets are members of the family and deserve the same level of care and attention as their owners. My background in psychology gives me insight into animal behavior and training and I treat every pet in my care with love, respect, and compassion.
My Clients
I work with dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and sizes as well as with small animals like rabbits, turtles, and guinea pigs. I serve clients throughout North and Central Orange County including residents of Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Fullerton, Orange, Tustin, Vila Park, Yorba Linda and surrounding areas.

Services Offered
Hourly Residential Services
Hourly services are priced per 30 minutes and not per pet. The service timer starts when I arrive at your door (or property gate if you live in a large complex and are unable to provide an entry code or fob) and stops when I lock the front door to leave. While visiting your home, I require that the indoor temperature not exceed 73F due to a health condition that makes it difficult for me to regulate my body temperature.
Drop-In Care Visits
Visits include feeding, refilling water, administering noninvasive medications, cleaning-up any minor accidents, and letting pets out to potty &/or cleaning litter. I can sometimes squeeze in a quick 5-10 minute walk as well. I will notify you if there are any major cleaning issues that I won’t be able to address during the scheduled visit so you can choose to either extend the visit or do your own cleanup when you get home. Any left over time will be spent cuddling & playing with your pets.

Walks
I only schedule stand alone walks as an occasional courtesy to existing clients. A 30-minute walk ends up being about 20-25 minutes of actual walking time as it takes a bit to get everyone settled. I book a maximum of 2 large (>20lbs.), 1 large and 2 small, or 4 small dogs per 30 minute session. If I need to split your pets into 2 groups each will get 10-15 minutes walking time per 30 minutes booked. I don’t book midday walks from May through October due to heat.

Daily Residential Services
Daily services are billed per pet. Your highest need pet is billed at the relevant Base Rate; all other pets are billed at one of the Additional Rates. A "night" of sitting covers a 24 hour period starting at my aggreged upon arrival time. If my scheduled departure time is more than 2 hour later than the initial arrival time, you will be billed for Extended Care. Please note that your home's indoor temperature can not exceed 73F due to a health condition.
Overnight Pet Sitting
Includes administration of food, water and noninvasive medications twice a day, daily litter cleaning &/or 3 potty breaks, clean-up of any accidents, lots of playtime & cuddles, and a max of 40 minutes daily walking time per pet (replaced with indoor enrichment activities when required by my health condition). I'll spend most of my time at your home throughout the day but may leave for up to 8 hours total a day unless you are paying the Continuous Care rate.

Overnight Housesitting (Pet Free Homes)
I am always happy to bring in mail & packages, take out the trash and recycling, do basic houseplant care, occasionally water the yard, and coordinate any emergency maintenance whether you have pets or not. For pet free homes, my rate also includes coordinating of non-emergency maintenance or service providers as well as more frequent watering of the yard. I like gardening and may be able to help out with some basic tasks during the cooler months.

Hotel Services
In-Room Pet Sitting
Includes all of the same amenities as Daily, Overnight Pet Sitting (described above). Rate is per "room of pets" rather than per individual pet and the number and type of allowed pets will vary according to your specific hotel's policies. Unfortunately, I do not service Vrbos, Airbnbs, etc. as they usually have access restrictions and/or policies limiting additional guests. These rates do not include parking fees, which vary by hotel.
